Your seat is confirmed once full payment of R19,500 is received. Because places are strictly limited to 12 doctors and models and materials are arranged in advance, the following applies:

• 14–30 days before (3–18 July 2026): Full refund, or transfer your seat to a future Starter Weekend at no charge
• Fewer than 14 days before, or non-attendance: no refund. You may send another HPCSA-registered doctor in your place with written notice at least 48 hours beforehand.
• You may transfer your booking to another registered doctor at any time up to 48 hours before the course, with written notice.

• If Aesthetics360 postpones or cancels the weekend (for example, if minimum numbers are not met), you will be offered a transfer to the next available date or a full refund.
